Our Commitment to Creating an Inclusive School Community
Nonsuch is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion and equity in all aspects of school life. We aim to empower students and promote a culture where everyone is not just accepted, but celebrated.
As a school, we have always pledged to fight discrimination; we are unequivocal in our stance that discrimination cannot be tolerated at Nonsuch. The school endeavours to empower and educate its community against injustice and to counter all forms of discrimination and hate crime to seek to better ourselves. We also aim to champion inclusivity and equality in our school community through education. Staff and students are informed about the processes to follow so that those who feel they have experienced any form of discrimination can feel confident to come forward so that we can address the issues. Student well-being is our priority, and we endeavour to support students when incidents of discrimination are reported.
As a community, we stand united as allies to all who feel they have not been equally valued in society. What makes Nonsuch special is its richly diverse community; we are very proud of this, and we will continue to champion our students.
